1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Uknowia platform (“Service”), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease all access or usage of the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility & Intended Use

• The Service is provided solely for legitimate, course‑related academic purposes. You shall not use the Service to obtain direct access to or otherwise circumvent licensed OpenAI models or APIs.
• You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old or, if younger, have obtained parental consent where required by law.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Uknowia grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license to access and use the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Uknowia and its licensors.

• You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Service.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying structure.

4. User Input & Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that any text, data, images, or other content you provide (“User Content”) is your sole responsibility. Do not submit personal, sensitive, or confidential information. If you choose to submit such information, you do so at your own risk, and Uknowia disclaims all liability for any consequences.

5. Use of Data for Model Training

By submitting user queries, you consent to Uknowia sharing the queries with OpenAI or other third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials displayed on the Service are owned by Uknowia or its licensors. You agree not to use such intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Termination

Uknowia may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or for any other reason in Uknowia’s sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Uknowia disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uknowia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uknowia and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Modifications to Terms

Uknowia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
